基于BP神经网络的县级地税管理绩效评估的实证分析

设计了由税收征收率、税收成本率、税收对经济的影响度、税务形象、人员素质五个指标组成的县级地税管理绩效评估体系,以湖南省120个基层税务局的数据作为样本,运用BP神经网络模型对各基层税务机关的绩效进行评估。实证结果显示,网络仿真结果的误差都控制在5%以内,全省平均评估得分为0.69,这说明总体上湖南省的县级地税局绩效良好,但也还存在着较大的绩效提升空间。  相似文献

The present study addressed the question of how interactions with social networks influence the experience of widowhood for later-life widowed individuals, and what aspects of these experiences the participants wish others could know. I interviewed 23 widowed individuals. Four themes emerged revolving around the need to prepare for death through communication, the importance of supportive interactions, the value of remembering and sharing the good times, and the significance of finding a balance with grief and maintaining an active life.  相似文献   

Visual Framing,Stigmatization, Race,and Obesity: Examining Television News Presentation of Stories about Obesity and Stories about Health

This study conducted a content analysis to examine how weight and race/ethnicity impacted how people were portrayed in the imagery accompanying broadcast and cable television news stories about obesity compared to stories about health. Five hundred and seven people were analyzed in 135 stories. Results showed that people who were overweight were often shown as an isolated body part, but their portrayal was not entirely stigmatizing. Overweight people were often shown exercising, which combats weight stereotypes. Additionally, race/ethnicity did not make the portrayal more stigmatizing. The results of the content analysis are discussed with an emphasis on the larger implications of the findings.  相似文献
